Rental Duration:Rental is for the total time selected. Meaning; your setup crew won't be able to access the space until the beginning of your scheduled time and would need to clear out by the end of the scheduled time.
Options are:
1.5 hours total time in studio - $300
2 hours total time in studio - $400
3 hours total time in studio - $500
4 hours total time in studio - $600
5 hours total time in studio - $700
6 hours total time in studio - $800
Policies:
This rental is for the rear space of Reforesters Laboratory, what's known as the "Listening Room". Middle area, lockers and bathroom, are not for exclusive use under this rental but your guests can surely use them. Full venue rentals are on offer, please ask!
Food from Reforesters' gluten-free, adaptogenic, delicious menu can be reserved during the checkout processs. Outside food is not permitted with this rental. If outside food is needed for your event please see the full cafe rental and "outside food" add-on.
Alcohol is not permitted with this rental. If alcohol is needed for your event, our exclusive rental partner will facilitate your rental. In which case, please email admin@reforesters.io
You may start loading in for your event at the start or contract period and must be loaded out by the end of the contracted period.
Terms:
100% deposit required to reserve date.
Cancellation:
21+ days: 50% refund of total fee
13 or less days: non-refundable
Included in Contract:
Damage Liability: Client responsible for property damage
Insurance: Required for external facilitators and corporate clients
Capacity: Max 45 for optimal flow; larger groups require approval
Cleanup: Client responsible for basic tidiness; deep cleaning fees may apply
