Rental Duration:Rental is for the total time selected. Meaning; your setup crew won't be able to access the space until the beginning of your scheduled time and would need to clear out by the end of the scheduled time.
Options are:
1.5 hours total time in studio - $600
2 hours total time in studio - $800
3 hours total time in studio - $1000
4 hours total time in studio - $1200
5 hours total time in studio - $1400
6 hours total time in studio - $1600
Policies:
This rental is for the entirety of Reforesters Laboratory, including the cafe, "Listening Room" and middle areas.
A Reforesters Laboratory staff member will be present for the entirety of the rental and will be very helpful in ensuring your visitors have a great experience.
This rental provides "Reforesters Laboratory" as-is with minimal modifcations, moving of furniture, shelving, etc. Those additional options can be discussed and negotiated by emailing admin@reforesters.io
Food from Reforesters' gluten-free, adaptogenic, delicious menu can be reserved during the checkout processs. Outside food is not permitted with this rental. If outside food is needed for your event please "outside food" add-on.
No food is allowed in the listening room, though beverages are.
Alcohol is not permitted with this rental. If alcohol is needed for your event please email admin@reforesters.io
You may start loading in for your event at the start or contract period and must be loaded out by the end of the contracted period.

Cleanup: Client responsible for basic tidiness; deep cleaning fees may apply
